Location: Remote/Hybrid - with ability to be onsite in Columbus, Ohio as needed

Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Sr. Data Architect to drive our healthcare data infrastructure and analytics initiatives. This role combines architectural leadership with hands-on technical expertise in healthcare data solutions, focusing on real-time analytics and performance measurement systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Architecture and Modeling

• Design and implement data architecture framework across the organization
• Lead data governance initiatives with a compliance mindset (HIPAA, GDPR, etc)
• Create technical roadmaps for data infrastructure, maintain technical documentation
• Chair architecture review boards
• Establish organization wide data standards and best practices
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Product Engineering

Data Solutions

• Architect near real-time analytics platforms
• Design system integrations
• Design internal and external data modeling for warehousing solutions
• Create framework for advanced analytics
• Develop structure for adherence tracking
• Structure pharmacy data models

Performance Analytics & Metrics

• Design near real-time metrics frameworks
• Architect solutions for outcome measurements
• Create performance monitoring systems
• Develop predictive analytics architectures
• Integrate first-party and third-party healthcare data

Technical Innovation

• Contribute and enable the data strategy
• Lead technological innovation initiatives
• Design scalable solutions for business growth
• Architect customer-facing analytics solutions
• Create frameworks for new product development
• Design solutions for emerging needs

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of data architecture experience and leading organization wide initiatives
• Strong background in healthcare/pharmacy/pharma technology
• Extensive experience designing self-serve, near-real time, internal and client facing and performance metrics solutions
• Proven track record in BI and analytics architecture
• Experience with third party healthcare data systems and PMS and EMR integration

Technical Requirements:

• Data warehouse architecture design expertise
• Postgres and Fivetran experience preferred
• Stream processing technologies
• Healthcare BI platforms and analytics tools
• Event-driven architecture patterns
• Data governance and metadata management tools
