JMA Solutions has an opportunity available for a Senior Data Scientist/Analyst supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Airspace System (NAS) NAS Defense Programs (NDP) Engineering Air Route Radar Systems, located ONSITE in Oklahoma City, OK. This position plays a critical role in supporting the operational health of industrial control systems and ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable system operations.

Education: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and system optimization.
Security Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and education level. JMA Solutions offers a full benefits package, including vision, health, and dental coverage, as well as a 401(k) match and life insurance.

Job Description
JMA Solutions has an opportunity available for a Senior Data Scientist/Analyst supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Airspace System (NAS) NAS Defense Programs (NDP) Engineering Air Route Radar Systems, located ONSITE in Oklahoma City, OK. This position plays a critical role in supporting the operational health of industrial control systems and ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable system operations.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational health metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for industrial control systems.
- Analyze radar data, operational execution data, inventory data, and other datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Create predictive models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to support decision-making and operational strategies.
- Design real-time monitoring tools to track critical system metrics and proactively identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to align data insights with business objectives.
- Oversee data integration from multiple sources, ensuring quality, accuracy, and usability for analytics.
- Continuously evaluate and refine analytics processes, adapting to evolving technology and business needs.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of analytical findings and recommendations for leadership.

Project Management:
