Senior DeltaV Automation Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop automation code within DeltaV (Control Modules, Equipment Modules, Phases, Recipes).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software errors within the DeltaV system.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and qualification activities.
• ssist in planning, organizing, monitoring, and overseeing all phases of test automation.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper requirements gathering.
• Develop familiarity with client manufacturing DeltaV system standards.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of DeltaV experience in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
• Strong process automation experience within DeltaV, including commissioning and qualification.
• Familiarity with ISA 88, GAMP, and cGAMP.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and test automation.
• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SCADA, PLCs, HMI, APIs, and SQL software is a plus.
