YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Manager Demand Planning, you will be empowered to:
WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY
Work Experience:2+ years of related work experience in Supply Chain Management; system implementation experience related to Sales and Operations Planning or Demand Planning, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics/D365; experience supporting the development of demand planning processes and demand plans; experience utilizing quantitative and analytical skills to support decision-making
Education: College or University Degree with a focus in Supply Chain Management and associated business techniques or equivalent experience; knowledge related to Demand Planning and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP); excellent computer skills specifically in the use of Windows, Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
Critical Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; well-developed analytical skills with ability to isolate and identify patterns or trends within data elements; strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and partner cross-functionally

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME
Reporting to the Manager Demand Planning, you will be empowered to:
- Develop and maintain the demand plan for each instant ticket game driving all order replenishment to retail.
- Develop and maintain a by-customer, by item demand plan using POS Analysis, statistical tools, intelligence gathering and internal/external collaboration.
- Work closely with Field Sales, and Product Management to identify trends and refine the demand plan.
- Maintain promotional calendar in conjunction with sales and marketing; integrate and administer New Item Introductions to support the monthly launch cadence and as required for immediate product replacement.
- Track performance and provide analysis of actual versus demand plan for utilization by Manager Demand Planning.
- Analyze the shipping calendars for efficiencies (more/less frequent shipments by customer type) make recommendations and partner with Field Sales in development of action plans.
- Maintain KPI's of weeks of inventory, stock outs, forecast accuracy and sell through; provide analysis and feedback to cross functional teams
- Maintain applicable item master and customer data related to supply such as lead times, planned minimum stock coverage levels, order frequency, quantity modifiers, time fence rules
- Align on lifecycle and distribution strategy of Instant Tickets with Product Management team
- Make recommendations and support the implementation processes that enable forecast sales accuracy.
- Deliver a strong forecast mindset and champion this throughout stakeholder groups (i.e., Product Teams, Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing)
- Participate and represent the Demand Planning team during key cross-functional interaction points (Marketing plans, Instant OPS Meeting, Operational capacity Planning, etc.).
- Develop and forge cross-departmental interactions to foster maximal sales revenues.
- Analyze inventory levels and sales data to determine optimal stock levels and develop plans for replenishment that minimize returns at the end of the lifecycle of each game
- CRM case management - review and adjust forecast to align with retailer requirements
- Monitor the effectiveness, maintenance and use of the D365 Master Planning settings and processes
