Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development:Design, develop, and optimize scalable software for fixed-income trading, portfolio management, and risk analysis.
• Technology Integration:Integrate third-party APIs, data feeds, and trading platforms; work with cloud solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Data Management:Build and optimize real-time and batch data pipelines; implement storage solutions using SQL, NoSQL, and distributed databases.
• System Architecture:Develop secure, scalable, and compliant trading analytics systems.
• Collaboration & Leadership:Mentor junior developers and work cross-functionally to deliver projects efficiently.
• Innovation:Stay updated on the latest technologies and propose solutions to enhance system performance.

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:8+ years in fixed-income software development, preferably in financial services or hedge funds.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Strong SQL and experience with big data tools (Spark, Kafka).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Front-end development experience is a plus.

Financial Knowledge:

• Understanding of fixed income, trading strategies, and risk management.
• Experience with market data providers (Bloomberg, Markit).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with quantitative finance and fixed-income models
