As a Senior Digital Designer, your role is essential to creating intuitive and accessible interfaces that balance user needs with stakeholder objectives. Your work ensures that Delta's digital experiences are efficient and enhance end-user productivity while being intuitive and enjoyable. You will collaborate with the design and product teams to bring ideas to life and make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative insights and address identified problem statements. Additionally, you will foster a human-centered design culture, creating seamless interactions across Delta's digital ecosystem that reflect the brand message and positioning.

You will collaborate with the design and product teams to bring ideas to life and make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative insights and address identified problem statements. Responsibilities:
- Deliver key project artifacts with a hands-on approach to include high fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in support of overall business goals and objectives.
- Craft innovative and human-centered experiences across Delta's digital platforms.
- Collaborate with product teams, fellow designers, content designers and user researchers to create high-fidelity user interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes
- Participate in collaborative reviews session presenting work to design and product teams
- Contribute to the enhancement of Delta's omnichannel digital design system.
- Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Minimum 5+ years of digital design experience.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your proficiency of design principles and end-to-end design process.
- Expertise in design systems, prototyping tools and use of Figma.
- Familiarity with user research and testing methodologies.
- Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and design optimization.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Expertise in responsive and mobile-first/native application design principles.
- Understanding of Design Thinking methods and Agile framework.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
- Degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
- Knowledge of digital accessibility design and human-centered design methods.
- Previous experience in retail design, customer and/or employee touchpoints.
