Clearance: An active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

DeNOVO Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer to join our growing team. As a Senior DSP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing state-of-the-art capabilities to the Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community (IC). At DeNOVO Solutions, we foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, emphasizing mission focus and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your 10+ years of work experience to develop engineering solutions for collecting, processing, and exploiting RF signals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in digital communications, including detection, estimation, and demodulation techniques.
  • Lead the development of modeling techniques, proofs-of-concept, prototypes, and operational systems.
  • Engage in C/C++ and Python development to enhance our real-time Software Defined Radio (SDR) and protocol processing systems.
  • Leverage your experience in systems development within the Intelligence and Defense communities to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Code Management tools such as Git.
  • Communicate effectively through excellent written and verbal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with wireless protocols, SDR, and RF signal processing.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming languages.
  • Proven track record of success in developing engineering solutions for the Intelligence and Defense communities.
  • Familiarity with wireless air interface protocols and multi-threaded signal processing algorithms on Linux hosts.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of XMIDAS and geolocation theory and techniques.
  • Experience working in complex RF environments.
  • Comfortable working in distributed team environments.
