About the Role: Are you passionate about compliance and ready to lead our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) program? We're looking for a dynamic professional to ensure our bank stays ahead in BSA compliance.

What You'll Do:
  • Be the Expert: Serve as our go-to authority on BSA/AML/OFAC regulations.
  • Lead with Confidence: Manage and inspire a team of compliance professionals.
  • Stay Ahead: Anticipate regulatory changes and guide our bank's proactive response.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Educate: Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for employees.
  • Report: Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Innovate: Leverage technology to streamline BSA processes and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:
  • 15+ years in BSA or related fields (consulting, audit, etc.).
  • 10+ years of management experience in complex environments.
  • Proven track record in generating clear, actionable reports and metrics.
  • Strong ability to engage with key stakeholders and build comprehensive programs.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.


Required Skills:
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and ability to learn other bank systems.
  • Experience in leveraging technology for BSA processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Effective collaboration with senior management and regulatory bodies.

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • Manage and develop a team of compliance professionals.


Position Type:

  • Full-time with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.


Travel:

  • Up to 20% travel required.
