Senior Director, Global Strategic Partnerships

Job Description:

Senior Director, Global Strategic Partnerships positions offered by Payoneer Inc. (New York, NY). Identify and implement partnership opportunities for large and complex partnerships across a diverse global organization. Drive strategy for the global partnership team around new initiatives in the context of the overall product and corporate strategy of Payoneer. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges across the global markets. Use insights to inform partnership strategy and product partnership development. Identify potential global partners that can accelerate growth and enhance our product offerings, based on deep understanding of the customer and market landscape. Leverage commercial, product and technical expertise to create complex, integrated partnerships with global platforms. Negotiate agreements to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of strategic partnerships. Identify and solve complex problems that impact the growth and direction of the partnership business. Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives. Serve as a bridge between Payoneer's C-suite and our partners.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration or a related field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or 4 years of experience negotiating commercial contracts supporting new product initiatives. Requires 2 years of experience: developing business models and payment systems in the global financial services industry; researching global market trends across small to medium business to business financial services across APAC, LATAM, and China; and executing industry-wide partnership strategies and building product experience and go-to-market models. Position reports to New York, NY office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus. The annual base salary range for this position is: $247,432 per year.
