Your mission?

Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop a deep understanding of Pricefx's enterprise serviceable available market (SAM) and sub-segments, including key business challenges, top operational objectives, and buying personas' roles, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Identify and segment target accounts and high-propensity buyers for 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many campaigns aimed at driving pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Craft integrated campaigns targeting various buying group personas at different stages of the buyer's journey, delivering the right message through the right channel at the right time.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and Brand teams to plan, develop, and execute campaign messaging and content tailored to different personas and journey stages.
  • Design and implement multi-channel tactics for executive and practitioner-level audiences, utilizing content marketing, SEO, landing pages, email marketing, social media, content syndication, webinars, events, and more to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Team with Partner Marketing to integrate partners into campaigns and tactics that enhance brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to anticipate and act upon industry shifts, adjusting campaigns as needed.


Event Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to define and implement a comprehensive event strategy to maximize customer value, brand presence, and growth for Pricefx.
  • Take a data-driven approach to identify, evaluate, and garner cross-functional support for relevant industry events, conferences, and executive event options like Pricefx-hosted briefings, industry roundtables and VIP experiences.
  • Plan and execute the Pricefx customer event Accelerate, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer engagement strategies.


  • Define unique, scalable, repeatable, comprehensive approaches for events, maximizing pre, during and post event activities like executive meetings, pre-event promotion, booth setup, speaking opportunities, lead follow-up, and other activities to maximize return on investment.
  • Organize executive briefings, roundtables, and VIP experiences to strengthen relationships and drive strategic partnerships.

Measurement & Analytics
  • Establish a growth marketing measurement framework that aligns with different segment, campaign, and event strategies.
  • Collaborate with Operations to develop reports on strategic targets and operational KPIs aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Track and analyze campaign and event performance using key metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI, adjusting investments based on data-driven insights.
  • Provide regular reporting of campaign results to Marketing and Sales leadership.

Leadership
  • Manage and mentor internal Campaign Management, Events and Digital marketing leads and agency partners, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify and address team knowledge and skill gaps to enhance overall performance.
  • Promote a performance-driven mindset within the team.

What should you have to succeed?

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in complex, enterprise-focused B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a strategic or field-facing capacity.
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing and executing multiple priorities and campaigns concurrently.
  • Extensive experience in acquisition and retention marketing strategies, including ABM, digital marketing, content marketing, events, field marketing, and other modern digital and offline tactics.
  • Familiarity with data, tools and technologies for identifying intent, understanding account groups, and translating data into insights for campaign improvement.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of enterprise buying groups and buying journeys.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, and data-driven approaches to problem-solving.
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and a track record of establishing credibility and collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in campaign and event budget development and management.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and leading high-performing marketing teams, with experience leading virtual and/or international teams being a plus.
  • Knowledge of discrete manufacturing, process, and distribution industries and/or supply chain dynamics is a plus.
