The Opportunity
The Senior Director of Operations for Tech Enabled Services (TES) is responsible for formulating and executing a strategic plan aligned with the organization's vision. This leadership position prioritizes achieving high product adoption, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving improved retention rates. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing processes that positively impact crucial client business metrics, proactively identifying and addressing at-risk client situations, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to foster a company-wide culture of client success, and coaching a team of direct reports to optimize individual and collective performance. The role necessitates the creation of effective services, programs, and systems that leverage both human expertise and automation to cater to diverse client sizes and service requirements. This will allow the homecare provider to continue to focus on their exceptional patient care services.

As the Senior Director of Operations, you will oversee collecting and managing account payments while supervising a team of Home Health and Hospice Billers, Collectors, and Cash Posters. Education requirements: this career opportunity requires a bachelor's degree in business or a related field or an equivalent combination of some college and significant work experience. An MBA or master's degree is desired but not required.

- Supervise the Revenue Cycle Services teams.
- Align with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Sales serving as the TES Business Partner.
- Establish consistency in the execution of effective service practices; deliver against key client metrics.
- Ensure Revenue Cycle Services department is operating properly and efficiently.
- Ensure billing managers/specialists are billing/collecting all claims in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date on Homecare Homebase platform updates.
- Provide vision, leadership, and guidance to direct report; coach and mentor to ensure an energized, motivating work environment and desired business outcomes are achieved.
- Ensure Revenue Cycle Services department adheres to guidelines and regulations.
- Ensure Revenue Cycle Services department adheres to compliance guidelines.
- Manage Expenses within the assigned budget.
- Serve as the escalation point, which may involve visiting client locations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with diverse individuals. (Insurance companies, third party vendors, nursing homes, Medicare, Medicaid, and Revenue Cycle Services Customers at client locations.)
