Lytx is enhancing its Product Management team to expand & improve our core video safety product! The Senior Director, Product Management (Safety) will drive product strategy and execution for a portfolio of safety capabilities, that are core to our product. The role is responsible for a team of product managers that drive engagement with customers, internal partners and engineering teams to identify market opportunities and align product portfolio investments.

You'll Get To:
  • Establish the product roadmap, communicating business vision internally and presenting strategic direction.
  • Managing a team of product managers to deliver products and strategies to support new products and features.
  • Working with cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to capture requirements for future releases and feedback on current releases
  • Discovering and validating market opportunities, analyzing the competitive landscape and make data driven decisions.
  • Understanding how customers and users leverage platforms to streamline their business processes
  • Providing leadership for strategic, technical, marketing, and lifecycle management aspects of the enterprise SAAS and Hardware solution
  • Determining buy/build/partner decisions


What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus
  • 15+ years of Product Management experience in business to business with a focus on SAAS commercial products.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead an impactful team of product managers to deliver enterprise products and strategies
  • Strong customer orientation and proven experience building products that meet customer needs and goals.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies
  • Effective at using data driven decision making to influencing others in a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities


Nice to have:
  • Product management experience in fleet optimization technologies

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$210,500.00 - $265,500.00
