The Senior Director, Registry Operations has direct accountability for the fulfillment of all customer transactions (revenue generating operations) and the delivery and management of the core Saskatchewan Registry Services within the Registry Operations business line. This includes the Land Registry, Legal Surveys, GIS Data, Geomatics Distribution Centre (GDC), Corporate Registry, Personal Property Registry, Enterprise Business Services (EBS).

We are looking for a Senior Director, Registry Services to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
The Senior Director, Registry Operations has direct accountability for the fulfillment of all customer transactions (revenue generating operations) and the delivery and management of the core Saskatchewan Registry Services within the Registry Operations business line. This includes the Land Registry, Legal Surveys, GIS Data, Geomatics Distribution Centre (GDC), Corporate Registry, Personal Property Registry, Enterprise Business Services (EBS).
Reporting to the Vice President, Registry Operations, other highlights include:
- Leading the Registry Product Strategy teams (including Product Teams) and associated functions and will have significant influence over the activities of the Customer Relations functions and Registry Policy.
- Creating and executing future focused operational and service delivery/engagement strategies that support the objectives of the organization.
- Championing a customer service focus within the Core Registry Service and supporting functions.
- Developing and delivering annual budgets and operating plans for the Core Saskatchewan registries and support functions.
- Championing customer service focus in delivery of all registry products and services. This includes achievement of contractual and customer-committed service levels.
- Ensures ISC is an appropriate steward of our responsibilities to the Province of Saskatchewan as set out in the Master Services Agreement.
What you'll need:
- A University degree coupled with at least 8-10 years of demonstrated experience and competencies in areas such as strategic planning, service delivery, marketing, operations and product management, market and business analysis, market development, market research and communications (brand strategy, promotion and advertising), with (8-10 years) of experience managing large diverse groups. An MBA would be an asset or a combination of equivalent education, training, and management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in product management methodologies, quality standards, service level agreements and solutions lifecycle management.
- Extensive knowledge of continuous improvement, strategic / business planning, problem solving techniques, and benefits realization methodology.
