The Senior Director collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to assess market dynamics, align organizational goals, and implement initiatives that advance enterprise priorities. Essential Functions
- Leads the development and execution of strategic plans to support growth across business units, markets, or service lines.
- Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic investments.
- Conducts market assessments, competitor analyses, and internal performance reviews to inform business development efforts.
- Builds and presents business cases, proposals, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversees key initiatives related to service line expansion, market entry, or partnership development.
- Collaborates with leaders across departments to align business development efforts with operational capabilities and enterprise strategy.
- Supports long-range planning, capital prioritization, and forecasting for growth-related initiatives.
- Guides cross-functional project teams and workgroups to execute strategy and monitor progress.
- Advises senior leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities impacting growth and development.
- Mentors junior team members and contributes to organizational development in strategy and business growth functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Administration, Economics, or a related field required
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field preferred
- 7-9 years of progressively responsible experience in strategy, business development, or healthcare leadership required
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives required
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred

- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing materials for executive audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at building consensus and collaborating across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools; experience with data visualization tools preferred.
