Position Purpose:
The Senior Director, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide talent programs, including assessments, associate engagement, performance management, and talent planning. This role leads teams of subject matter experts in designing and executing solutions that help leaders make effective, equitable talent decisions and support associate engagement and development.
By delivering actionable insights and driving a data-informed approach to improving the associate experience, this leader ensures the organization has the talent and capability to achieve high performance through an aligned, engaged, and future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
25% - Assessment Strategy & Implementation
- Lead strategy and execution for selection and developmental assessments that support effective talent decisions.
25% - Strategic Listening & Engagement
- Oversee enterprise listening strategies, including Voice of the Associate surveys, onboarding/exit feedback, and town hall inputs. Ensure actionable insights inform improvements.
25% - Talent Planning & Performance Management
- Lead talent and performance planning processes, including succession planning, to strengthen long-term leadership capability and organizational readiness.
25% - Leadership, Associate Experience & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead highly specialized and effective team focused on talent development, communication of key initiatives and accountability. Be a thought leader across peers and functions across the Talent Management & Development and HR function. Partner with business leaders to enhance the associate experience by leading research projects, and by leveraging relevant data, success profiles, and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Master's degree in a related field
- 10 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams
- Expertise in developing and validating assessments
- Consulting experience delivering enterprise talent solutions
- Leadership experience in Organizational Effectiveness/Development
