The Senior Director of Women's & Children's is responsible and accountable for patient care management, resource and fiscal management, and resolution of personnel issues within the assigned division.Senior Director of Women's & Children's recommends and supports goals and objectives that are consistent with the mission statement. Senior Director of Women's & Children's Position Summary

Senior Director of Women's & Children's Position Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and Master's preferred, or other related Master's degree.
- Licensed and current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of residency
- A minimum of five years in appropriate field with at least two years of management experience.
- Experience and educational preparation should include knowledge of theories of management, human resources management, statistics and research methodologies, educational methodologies, and staffing.
Senior Director of Women's & Children's Benefits
- At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
