Role: Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
Duration: Full Time
Skills:
5+ years of industry experience in hardware design or electrical engineering roles, including use of schematic and board layout tools and bench test equipment such as oscilloscopes/logic analyzers/function generators.
Design electrical engineering solutions for novel, head mounted VR/AR devices that include fabrication and assembly of Printed Circuit Boards, Flexible Printed Circuits, and Rigid Flexible Printed Circuits
Design for the current generations of programmable devices such as DSPs, FPGAs, uControllers, and uProcessors
Develop schematics, guide board layout, assemble, test, debug, and integrate multi-component electrical systems using industry-standard simulation and design packages such as SPICE, MATLAB, Altium
Successfully bring up and debug opto-electrical systems that include image sensors, display driver ICs, lasers, depth sensors, switching power supplies, and low/high-speed digital communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, MIPI and USB SS.
Able to adapt and respond to changing priorities
Qualification:
Master's/Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
