Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative electrical systems for aerospace and UAV applications. The role involves overseeing projects from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative solutions that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems and components.
• Experience with managing system level design with microcontrollers
• Oversee PCB design processes, including HDI technologies and power integrity analysis.
• Conduct signal integrity evaluations and implement design improvements based on findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Develop designs that pass electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) regulatory requirements (e.g., MIL-STD-461G, FCC, CE)
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on electrical engineering best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering design and development.
• Proficiency in PCB design and HDI technology.
• Strong understanding of power integrity and signal integrity principles.
• Experience with managing system level design with microcontrollers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
