We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee designs and manage assigned project teams on various projects including Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the Electrical and Construction industries and will be proficient in using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
Responsibilities
This position offers a balanced work environment with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote. Our multi-discipline design-build firm boasts a career-oriented culture with opportunities for growth and learning. The average tenure of senior staff is 17 years, reflecting our commitment to employee longevity. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
3% 401k based on base salary
8 paid holidays per year: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial
Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Dental/Vision/Medical 100% coverage
Bonus
2-4 Performance Based Merit checks a year

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the Electrical and Construction industries and will be proficient in using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical designs for assigned projects.
- Manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam for project design and execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with other disciplines within the firm to ensure integrated project delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in the Electrical Industry.
- 5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
- Experience with plan spec or design-build projects.
- Experience in at least two building types: Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial projects.
- Project management skills.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Electrical Engineering preferred.
