About this opportunity:
Seeking experienced candidates for a highly motivated Hardware Verification Engineer to join our EMC, Environmental Verification and Regulatory Approval Team working on state-of-the-art cellular base station radio equipment products intended for global market deployment. Your primary role would involve planning and execution of verification tests, measurements and documentation covering EMC, Radio Regulatory Compliance, Environmental & Robustness and Reliability requirements to support the dynamic and fast-paced radio business. Testing is executed in internal and external high-tech lab environments using both automated and manual methods. This role will also include support and optimization of the test environment which includes support equipment, radio interface, software and communication links

About this opportunity:
Seeking experienced candidates for a highly motivated Hardware Verification Engineer to join our EMC, Environmental Verification and Regulatory Approval Team working on state-of-the-art cellular base station radio equipment products intended for global market deployment. Your primary role would involve planning and execution of verification tests, measurements and documentation covering EMC, Radio Regulatory Compliance, Environmental & Robustness and Reliability requirements to support the dynamic and fast-paced radio business. This role will also include support and optimization of the test environment which includes support equipment, radio interface, software and communication links
What you will do:
- Plan, develop and execute internal and regulatory test cases
- Formal documentation of test plans and test results
- Help to maintain and enhance the Hardware Verification Lab environment
- Work in close collaboration with HW and SW Systems, HW and SW Design and verification colleagues to achieve Radio project milestones
- Maintain positive professional relationships with our external lab partners to enable successful testing
- Drive ideas for continuous improvement to process, test system and test methods
What you will bring:
- Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of HW development or verification experience
- Experience in reliability testing would be an asset
- Extensive hands-on experience in the lab using RF test instruments (Keysight, R&S)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of 3G, 4G and 5G wireless communications technologies
- Basic Knowledge on radio product design
- Strong knowledge of ETSI, FCC and ISED standards and associated regulatory certification processes for global markets
- Good time management, prioritization and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Good documentation and report writing skills
