This Top Five national commercial and employee benefits insurance broker is seeking a very passionate, energetic and driven employee benefits insurance producer to drive new employee benefits business. We can purchase your existing book of business OR wait until your two-year non-compete expires. With the support of a high-level sales support team and the best national carriers, this position provides unparalleled growth and challenge + the ability to create significant wealth via unlimited commissions.

The Opportunity:
  • Top Five National Broker; unlimited compensation.
  • Immediate warm internal and external leads from the Practice Leader.
  • Significant income/commissions with large clients in the >500 employee lives segment.
  • Sell industry-leading innovative fully-insured, level-funded, and self-funded products custom built to win new business.
  • Expert sales support and marketing placement professionals supporting you.
  • Very stable & secure: earn stock grants
  • Guaranteed salary/draw first 24 months until validation

Background Preferred:
  • A demonstrated track record of selling to employee benefits decision-makers
  • Demonstrated success with clients in the 100 - 1,000 employee segment
  • Needs to be a "hunter" and willing and able to generate new revenues
  • Knowledge of the WDC regional market is required.
  • A closer - one who can both prospect and close
  • Must have a fundamental understanding of self-funding
  • Must be a consultative seller and NOT a transactional seller
  • Excellent relationship-builder and team player
  • Experience working with contact databases and related data mining
  • Degree preferred
  • Specific experience with local area businesses
  • Community leader of heavily involved

Compensation Structure:
  • Compensation based on experience and insurance sales track record.
