The role will report to our Principal, Employee Relations Leader and be part of our People & Places organization. The role has a U.S. case focus but there are learning opportunities to grow international experience.

Responsibilities
  • Help support the company's approach to external trends and development
  • Execute on strategic changes for the company, support our workforce with complex performance concerns and workplace conicts and assess and address org health and engagement issues, with consultation and support from more senior members of the team and
  • Manage a caseload of workplace conicts and employee escalations at a level matched to your skills, working both autonomously and with others, including other members of the Ethics & Investigations team, Intuit's HR Connect team, HR Business Partners, HR Legal and managers and employees.
  • Work company-level and team priorities and projects, often in collaboration with Intuit's People & Places Centers of Excellence.
  • Build capability for managers and People & Places teams through individual cases and projects

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $124,000 - $167,500

Southern California $113,000 - $152,500This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
