How you might spend your days

As Senior Automation Engineer, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll:
  • Create Designs, Functional specifications, assisting in the implementation and validation of the next generation of data engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate and challenge our customers to turn ideas into value adding solutions and leading the solution design in every step of the way from design to implementation.
  • Be a part of the project teams and take part on equal terms with your 65 committed colleagues in our offices in Denmark, USA, and India.
  • Participate in cross disciplinary coordination with process and automation project engineers in close collaboration with our customers.

The miles you've walked

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or Bio-Process Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years' experience designing, implementing and supporting manufacturing automation solutions.
  • AVEVA PI system and PI Interfaces, Connectors and Adapters.
  • GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISA- S88 and GAMP5 regulatory requirements
  • Experience with these is a bonus:
    Relational databases and SQL
    SEEQ
    Azure DevOps and HP Quality Center (ALM)
    Experience in medium to large scale engineering projects.
