Senior Engineer Transportation Technology

Salary Range: $124,800 - $176,800

Location: Miami

Position: Senior Engineer Transportation Technology

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Able to be Engineer of Record or Project Manager.
• Demonstrates engineering expertise with full knowledge of the governing design criteria, permitting requirements and other requirements to deliver successful projects.
• Demonstrates full understanding of client contracts, scope of services, budget requirements (for client and Company), technical requirements for the project and delivers projects successfully.
• Performs and directs quality control reviews in accordance with Company policy to deliver projects of the highest quality.
• Delivers a quality project on schedule and meets the budget and financial requirements established for the project (both for the client as well as for the Company).
• Develops fee proposals and assists in negotiations.
• Assists Management where required.
• Assists in Business Development to include: technical write-ups, meetings and participates in interviews and presentations as applicable.
• Maintains positive relationships with current and past clients as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of ten (10) years' post registration experience.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) required.
