Description
ARM Group LLC is looking for a self-driven and experienced Sr Engineer/Project Manager for our Canonsburg, PA office who will collaborate with a team of multi-disciplined engineers, scientists, CAD designers, GIS analysts, and other staff to meet the needs of our clients. This individual will provide technical expertise and mentoring, optimize production efficiency, generate repeat work and referrals to expand ARM's footprint with existing clients, develop new clients, and ensure high-quality work products are delivered.
This individual will manage and direct the development, design, and permitting of a wide range of projects related to natural gas upstream, midstream and downstream development. The successful applicant must be a highly motivated, resourceful, well-organized cooperative producer, team player, and leader that is able to meet project goals, schedules, and budgets. This individual will work closely with the Natural Gas practice area leader and will have the opportunity to develop into a Service Group Leader or Client Service Leader.

Requirements
- Manage and coordinate the development, design and permitting of multiple projects simultaneously while working with the practice area leader and marketing team to maintain and expand regional client base and workload. The candidate will be able to:
- Lead project teams in producing high-quality work products, providing excellent customer service, generating repeat work and referrals, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance for the members of the team.
- Provide technical mentoring and coaching to teammates supporting the preparation and review of engineering designs and permit applications to acquire approvals from regulatory agencies.
- Assess and mitigate project risks in advance of detailed engineering efforts.
- Maintain complex schedules, develop project timelines, coordinate with subcontractors, and lead a team to complete projects on schedule and within budget guidelines.
- Ensure that the team is adhering to the scope of work, budget, and communicating and meeting with key project stakeholders.
- Maintain responsibility for achieving the annual revenue goal established in concert with the practice area leader and ARM President.
- Review proposals to ensure they are cost competitive, properly scoped, and contain adequate risk protections.

Base Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable Engineering discipline (Civil, Environmental, etc.)
- 10+ years of experience in the natural gas and energy development industry including, but not limited to, design, permitting, operations support, and construction oversight project management.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, and lead and direct teams with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated mentality.
- Strong aptitude toward training, knowledge-sharing and technical mentoring.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and teammates.
- Knowledge of local, state (PA, OH, WV), and federal environmental regulations.
- Detail-oriented and thorough. Responsible for technical correctness of work products, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from regulators and key stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendor and client payment terms to achieve positive cash flow by reviewing project billings, budget management, and assisting with payment collection.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Preferred Requirements:
- Pennsylvania Professional Engineer licensure, including the ability to acquire licensure in other states as needed.
- Reasonably proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ARC-GIS, and other industry-specific software.
- An existing network of clients and business partners within the Energy Sector.
