- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to help business leaders make informed decisions.
- Working with users in various administrative departments to assess, train and assist with the Business Process Reviews, documentation and implementation of Colleague ERP software solutions.
- Designing and writing functional specifications based on consultations with stakeholders, supervisor and leadership.
- Facilitates and leads interviews, focus groups, and workshops to establish current and future business requirements; coordinates the communication between stakeholders and service owners in order to effectively implement solutions.
- Operational and Regulatory Reporting - Participate in the planning, design, and creation of operational and ad hoc reports of varying complexity per client specification using various reporting, data extraction, and analysis tools.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, develops process flows and procedure manuals.
- Data Quality Review and Data Governance - Develop processes to validate data veracity as data flows between business and data systems. Participate in the process of writing and reviewing data specifications, report documentation. Ensure data definitions are maintained. Provide end-to-end testing of new data models, changes to calculated/derived fields, and software upgrades.
- Training end users or technical support staff to use and support programs.
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
- Based on the project needs, available after hours and weekend to provide support and services for project implementation and troubleshooting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related data or computer-related field from an accredited institution
- Atleast seven (7) years of relative work experience.
- Familiarity with logical data design and data mapping or data conversion and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Five (5 ) years experience in writing SQL sciprts and strong working knowledge of MSsql database.
- Familiarity with data quality and governance issues and requirements.
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills. Ability to set competing priorities and meet critical deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related data or computer-related field.
- Seven or more years of relevant experience with data visualization and/or building analytical dashboards.
- Experience with Ellucian Colleague ERP.
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
- Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Extensive knowledge of database scripting languages such as T/SQL, SQL, and including advanced query writing, stored procedures, views, and database design principles; proficient in optimizing complex queries and automating database tasks.
