This role involves performing complex systems analysis and report development while collaborating with various departments to address business challenges. $110,000 - $125,000 +

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years providing technical support and stakeholder engagement for an enterprise financial system.
- 2+ years providing technical support and stakeholder engagement for healthcare finance and revenue cycle systems.
- Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
- Strong SQL, Java, and programming skills.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving ERP application issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including experience with healthcare applications.
- Industry certifications such as VMware VCP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
