Location: DFW, Arlington, Garland, or Remote Texas
Compensation: $75,000 Base Salary + Commission Opportunities

You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline and company-provided files. You'll be expected to maintain compliance, meet deadlines, and work well with agents, lenders, and buyers. Your attention to detail and ability to resolve title issues will be key to success.

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 10 years of escrow experience in Texas.
- Ability to independently handle residential and/or commercial closings from open to fund.
- Must consistently close at least 20 files per month (personal book files).
- Strong understanding of title commitments, CD/HUD prep, funding, and post-close.
- Excellent communication and proactive client service skills.
- Familiarity with Qualia preferred.
