Senior Estimator

Located in North Atlanta, we are one of Atlanta's most reputable General Contractors! With award winning projects on our resume and a growing team, we are looking to add a Senior Estimator. We focus on commercial and light industrial sectors with an emphasis on data centers, distribution centers, warehouses etc. Doing both new construction and tenant improvement projects. What you will do:

• Estimating, bidding, project cost analysis
• Coordinate costs of subcontractors and materials
• Assist with buy out process
• Meet deadlines
• Lead all bid efforts for various projects
• Mentor junior estimators
• Light industrial projects

What you need:

• 5+ years of estimating experience
• BS in Construction Management or related
• Commercial & light industrial projects
