Exciting Opportunity: Senior Facilities Manager at JLL in Phoenix - Hybrid!

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Facilities Manager and take charge of an impressive 2 million square feet of prime real estate in the bustling Greater Phoenix area. You'll oversee 200 locations of Class A office and retail space, ensuring top-notch operations and compliance with all regulations.

As our SFM, you'll:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio
  • Build and maintain key business relationships
  • Lead a team of skilled Facility Management professionals

Check out some of what you will do:

  • Manage and develop assigned staff, including performance oversight, career planning, and compensation discussions
  • Oversee relationships with third-party owners and tenants, ensuring lease compliance and resolving critical issues
  • Implement facility services according to standard processes, policies, and programs while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Coordinate and manage Facility Management services across assigned facilities and geography
  • Prepare, submit, and manage facility budgets aligned with client goals, tracking variances and overseeing recovery processes
  • Support collection of management fees and reimbursements from third-party tenants
  • Develop and manage capital and expense budgets in collaboration with client representatives
  • Create and implement innovative programs to reduce operating costs and increase productivity
  • Generate timely monthly/quarterly variance reports on all operating budgets for each property
  • Assist in developing and implementing annual management plans for portfolio buildings


Who are we looking for?

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, preferably in financial accounts, with strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, coupled with a proven record of providing outstanding customer service internally and externally
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), with knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
  • Skilled at analyzing data, solving problems, and developing effective response actions
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong relationship-building skills and capacity to work effectively with various stakeholders


Preferred
  • A bachelor's degree or higher
  • CPM, CFM, or MCR designation


Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift with on-call 24/7 for emergency response

Pay $83,300-120,800
