Reporting directly to the Vice President of Revenue Generation, this role is pivotal in driving local marketing strategies across multiple regions while building and managing a high-performing field marketing team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies within budget guidelines, including:
- Social media planning
- Content creation
- Networking opportunities
- Local sponsorships
- Location-specific promotions
- Collaborate with market leaders to gather market insights and competitive intelligence to build actionable market profiles.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and report on effectiveness.
- Identify and recruit local influencers to expand digital reach.
- Partner with headquarters marketing to ensure brand consistency while tailoring campaigns to local markets.
- Establish best practices for local marketing activities and evaluate their impact.
- Build a comprehensive list of potential local marketing initiatives across all branches.
- Design and implement strategies for expanding the Field Marketing program.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of field marketers to support growth in each region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business (preferably Marketing or Management).
- 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 4 years in team management.
- Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing mediums (e.g., print, radio, broadcast).
- Proven experience with budget management and strategic planning.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Self-motivated and highly strategic thinker.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Fluency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- This position requires working from the local office at least three days per week.
