Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in managing financial performance and implementing new processes and finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. They will also play a critical role in supporting the on-going operations to ensure the creation of timely and accurate financial information.

Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in managing financial performance and implementing new processes and finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. They will also play a critical role in supporting the on-going operations to ensure the creation of timely and accurate financial information.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Director of FP&A in preparing and ensuring the accuracy of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management and Board of Directors
- Supports the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Manages the timely approval, tracking and payment activities associated with procurement contracts and invoicing
- Supports our monthly accounting close process
- Supports the Director of Accounting in preparing for the annual external audit
- Accountable for the development and on-going maintenance and updating of the BHI general ledger system (NetSuite), financial sub-systems (manual or automated) and accounting policies and procedures
- Perform ad hoc financial reporting support as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or Accounting
- 5 Years of relevant experience
- Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.
- Strong analytical, planning and project management skills.
- Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive is preferred
- Is familiar with SOC2 compliance and its impact on company policies and processes
- Understands importance of adhering to SOC2 requirements, and maintains an effort to do so
