Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Professional to manage and oversee Long-Term Contract Service Agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a deep understanding of project finance, and a proven track record in financial management. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the financial health of our long-term service contracts while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and review financial models for complex Long-Term Contract Service Agreements.
  • Analyze contract performance and financial metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on contract terms and financial implications.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
  • Identify critical opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement within contract agreements.
  • Gain proficiency with SAP Project Management, RA Key and Settlement, WBS Elements, SAP Reporting.
  • Lead Project Margin Reviews.
  • Prepare estimates and closing reports with detailed walks from estimate to actuals.
  • Establish regular billing, track bonus potential, and calculate annual escalation.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance; prefer a focus on contract management and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • ERP experience preferred.
