We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Professional to manage and oversee Long-Term Contract Service Agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a deep understanding of project finance, and a proven track record in financial management. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the financial health of our long-term service contracts while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and review financial models for complex Long-Term Contract Service Agreements.
- Analyze contract performance and financial metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on contract terms and financial implications.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Identify critical opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement within contract agreements.
- Gain proficiency with SAP Project Management, RA Key and Settlement, WBS Elements, SAP Reporting.
- Lead Project Margin Reviews.
- Prepare estimates and closing reports with detailed walks from estimate to actuals.
- Establish regular billing, track bonus potential, and calculate annual escalation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance; prefer a focus on contract management and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- ERP experience preferred.
