We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and contribute to driving financial performance through insightful analysis and strategic decision support. This role is responsible for financial planning, reporting, and delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful data to inform business decisions. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with leadership to support key business initiatives and enhance overall financial strategy.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with leadership to support key business initiatives and enhance overall financial strategy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly financial and business performance reports for leadership.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Analyze budget variances in revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive financial insights.
- Lead and improve financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in developing new financial reports, dashboards, and automation tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong financial reporting skills, including the ability to structure and present complex data effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to synthesize and convey financial insights effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or financial reporting tools.
- Experience developing and implementing new reporting processes and automation solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
