Pay Range: $105,000-115,000 per year + up to 15% bonus potential.

OVERVIEW:
The Senior Financial Analyst supports the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis through
the creation and maintenance of timely reports and analyses relating to all aspects of the
company's operations and provider performance compared to their budget. The Senior
Financial Analyst will be tasked with compiling all data related to the Company's Key
Performance Indicators for revenue cycle, provider compensation, and productivity of the
clinical operations. The performance of this position will be measured by the effectiveness of
the analysis and reports in improving the company's performance of their key measurements
and indicators. The Senior Financial Analyst must be highly motivated, self-sufficient and thrive
in fast-paced settings. Excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal
and team skills are a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform tasks such as financial and statistical report preparation, and financial analysis
including ROIs
* Proactively identifies problems/opportunities and participates in implementing solutions or
process improvements
* Supports the Manager of Budgeting and Forecasting during the budget process as needed
* Interacts collaboratively with colleagues within Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, and
others throughout the organization
* Supports the Accounting Department in revenue recognition analyses for the Company's
physician practices
* Prepare reports for each level of user (providers, practice administrators, and corporate
executives) to effectively manage their operations.
* Supports with the implementation of business analytic solutions by building relationships
and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying
out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and
capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands,
organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
* Leads the development, improvement and preparation of the monthly operational
analysis related to the Company's KPIs and other supporting analysis, while working
closely with practice and corporate leaders to provide them with effective tools to
better manage their operations.
* Serves as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist in gathering business requirements as
needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations
* Assists with the preparation of ad-hoc financial presentations to be used by Senior
Management, the Audit Committee and Board of Directors, as directed
* Other financial and business analysis reporting projects, as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Position requires good communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all
levels
* Solid understanding of accounting and finance practices
* Strong investigational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage and
prioritize multiple tasks
* Ability to identify potential or unusual issues, make appropriate decisions, and escalate
for assistance when needed
* Super user analysis proficiency in Excel (strong knowledge and use of VLOOKUP's, pivot
tables, and other excel functions); ability to quickly learn new computer programs; and
experience with NetSuite a plus
* Preferred Database reporting capabilities (Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, etc.)
* Budget tool experience a plus (Adaptive Insights/Workday Platform)
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR CREDENTIALS:
* BS Accounting or Finance
* Minimum of 7+ years related experience in financial and business analysis
* Healthcare accounting, financial analysis and operations experience a plu
