Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst (could stretch to Finance Manager) will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and decision-making by leading key budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, this role will be responsible for analyzing financials, preparing financial reports, analyzing key performance indicators, streamlining processes, and working cross-functionally with leadership across departments. The individual in this role will support strategic initiatives, process automation, and special projects, including board presentations and acquisition analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, the Board of Directors, and financial institutions.
Develop and enhance key operational dashboard reports in collaboration with IT to provide accurate financial insights.
Work closely with executive leadership, including the CFO, CEO, and other department heads, to support business objectives.
Provide covenant analysis and financial reporting to external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with financial agreements.
Assist with board presentations and management reports, delivering critical financial insights.
Continuously evaluate and refine financial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience, with Big 4 experience preferred.
Financial modeling a plus
Deep understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial data to senior leadership.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to financial planning and business insights.
