Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial leadership and analytics to support the customer team. The role focuses on managing the trade budget, assessing financial impacts, and ensuring efficient investment strategies. The analyst will partner with leadership teams to drive financial performance and support process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Trade Budget Variance Analysis: Own and standardize the trade budget variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities to ensure targets are met.
  
  
• Data Consolidation & Validation: Coordinate the collection and validation of monthly LE data across all channel customers.
  
  
• Investment Efficiency: Use data-driven insights to improve trade investment efficiency and measure ROI.
  
  
• Month-End Close Support: Partner with customer teams to provide insights on retail inventory data and shipments.
  
  
• Process & Technology Improvements: Support initiatives to optimize business processes, report automation, and finance technology advancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
  
  
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
  
  
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
  
• Creative thinking and ability to work in a team.
  
  
• Ability to implement process improvements and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred:

• Professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CPA) preferred.
  
  
• Strong experience with systems and technology advancement.

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
