This full-time role reports directly to the CFO and works closely with the accounting team, departmental leaders, and occasionally, shareholders and board members. The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in providing analytical support, developing financial models, and offering strategic recommendations to senior management that drive profitability and support sound business decisions.

Experience in the airline industry or with complex logistics businesses that operate both domestically and internationally is highly desirable.
- Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, profitability projections, and market data evaluation to optimize revenue and minimize expenses.
- Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to the Controller, CFO, CEO, and department heads, supporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and company profitability.
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of revenue and cost drivers to enhance strategic decision making.
- Act as a proactive team player and a self-starter in financial planning initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance financial statement models, cash flow trends, and forecasting tools to support business growth.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling, including scenario analysis, ROI evaluations, and operations/marketing metrics.
- Ensure accuracy in budgets and forecasts by collaborating with various departments and aligning financial activity with the general ledger.
- Manage financial models supporting the annual budget process and monthly sales forecasting/profitability assessments.
- Partner with departmental heads to identify financial opportunities and provide data-driven insights for revenue optimization and cost control.
- Analyze capital expenditures, including aircraft maintenance and large-scale technical operations projects, providing recommendations based on financial insights.
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior executives, board meetings, and capital-raising initiatives.
- Perform other analytical duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in Outlook and Word.
- Experience with ERP accounting software systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a two-year drug and alcohol background check, pre-employment drug test, and criminal history records check (CHRC).
- Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
