US Radiology Specialists is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our USRS Outpatient Imaging Services FP&A team to provide timely and accurate analytics. This position will be responsible for monthly financials preparation, gathering and organizing management reporting, budget and forecast preparation, and ad-hoc reporting / special projects as needed. This position will support USRS Outpatient Imaging Services and our JV partnerships. This is a highly visible role within an exciting and growing healthcare organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop complex models capable of capturing key business drivers
- Develop appropriate metrics for the business to measure growth, profitability, expense control, efficiency, and productivity
- Support monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results
- Play a pivotal role in the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Deliver innovative, high value-added financial information to management for strategic decision making
- Beyond strategic recommendations, you will support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the senior leadership team
- Perform variance and trend analysis and provide explanations of changes
- Prepare and communicate performance reporting for new and existing centers to support strategic business decisions
- Support ad-hoc reporting needs and special projects using tools to improve processes and increase productivity by collecting and analyzing data, creating meaningful strategic recommendations, and communicating them concisely to the company leadership team
- Improve data gathering and presentation processes, automating whenever possible
- Act as a finance partner to operational leadership
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- 3 - 5+ years of progressive experience conducting financial planning, reporting and analysis
Preferred Requirements:
- Preferred Education: Master's degree in Accounting or a related field (Masters in Accountancy or MBA).
- Preferred Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant healthcare Finance and/ or FP&A experience in roles such as a financial analyst, accountant, consultant, or equivalent.
- Experience with Sage, Tableau, Oracle, and/or Power BI is advantageous.
- Preferred License/Registration/Certifications: CPA or related certification.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to translate complex financial data, verbally and graphically, to communicate with non-financial stakeholders and leaders
- Advanced/expert Excel skills and experience with enterprise reporting tools / data warehouses
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow through to resolve outstanding issues
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet demanding deadlines
- Professional ambition, initiative, team player with proven ability to work in a collaborative environment
- High ability to adapt to changing priorities
