Description:
Work collaboratively with leadership and business line leaders in developing and monitoring key financial performance metrics. Conduct complex financial analysis projects or operational assignments while partnering with Orrstown business leaders and operations and technology teams to measure all aspects of their business for enhanced decision-making and improved profitability. Provide support to various projects and committees within the organization.
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Minimum Ten (10) years of relevant and progressive financial planning and analysis experience within the financial services industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working through situations with ambiguity and complexity.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize workloads with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to execute and follow-through responsibilities to completion.
Strong finance, mathematical, reasoning, verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills; strong problem solving and interpersonal relations skills; demonstrate proficiency in analyzing, interpreting and reporting financial information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
