Senior FP&A Analyst

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis initiatives, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the company's financial performance.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
• Lead the annual budget process and quarterly forecast updates.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Support long-term financial planning and scenario modeling.
• Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and business cases.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve financial processes, tools, and systems.
• Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities using advanced tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business units by providing financial insights and guidance.
• Work closely with Accounting, Operations, and other teams to ensure accurate financial data and alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role.
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial planning software.

Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
