Job Description:

As the Sr. FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Vice President of FP&A in financial
planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather
and analyze financial data, provide insights, and contribute to the overall financial strategy of the
organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial analysis, strong attention to
detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monthly and ad hoc reporting to senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and trends
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting financial performance
• Lead the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making expected to impact business operations, development, and real estate
• Build out and maintenance of reporting capabilities and business intelligence toolsets within Workday modules - Prism and Adaptive
• Preparation and management of key components of the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans
• Collaboration with various departments, including operations, marketing, and HR, to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis
• Communicate financial insights in a clear and concise manner, facilitating informed decision-making
• Provide recommendations for financial optimization and process improvements

Qualifications

• Advanced data analytics skills and experience
• Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting skills and experience
• Proficient in using data analytics tools with the ability to maintain and update KPIs and quickly build and maintain detailed financial models
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Advanced PowerBI, Tableau, other business intelligence and data analysis skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders

The annualized salary range for this position (plus a bonus) is: $115,000- $125,000
