We're looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to help us build the next generation of high-performance, real-time web applications that brings frontier AI to our users. You'll architect and ship complex, seamless experiences that feel powerful, fast, and polished.

What You'll Do

• Build and architect complex, interactive front-end applications with real-time capabilities.
• Design resilient WebSocket and API communication patterns.
• Tackle state management and data synchronization challenges, including optimistic UI updates and offline-first strategies.
• Partner closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to build robust, scalable systems.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor teammates, and help define frontend best practices.
• Focus on delivering accessible, secure, and high-performance user experiences.
• Contribute to improving developer experience (DX), CI/CD workflows, and frontend tooling.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years building complex, real-time web apps at scale.
• Deep expertise with modern JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Strong understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with real-time communication frameworks, state management libraries, and modern UI patterns.
• Solid foundation in frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF prevention, secure WebSocket communication).
• Skilled at writing tests (unit, integration, E2E) and maintaining high-quality codebases.
• Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel) and working with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Comfortable working across the stack (Python, Go, C/C++, Rust, WebAssembly).
• Familiarity with accessibility (a11y) standards and building inclusive user interfaces.
• Bonus points if you've worked with CRDTs, GraphQL, WebRTC, MQTT, offline-first architectures, or micro-frontend systems.
