Position Summary:

WGI is seeking a Full-Time Senior Full Mission Profile Instructor position in the Fort Meade, MD area.

The Special Operations Forces (SOF) Targeting Training Element (STTE), in support of USSOCOM, delivers advanced Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) training to SOF personnel, focusing on tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). This training emphasizes targeting through the use of collection, network profiling, and analytical methods across the Radio Frequency spectrum, enabling the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD) process.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee team-level coordination of contractor staff, ensuring effective collaboration with Government personnel, including thorough evaluation of all training materials prior to submission; deliver a confirmation briefing to the Government for each training package.
• Participate in technical discussions, conferences, design evaluations, and/or training sessions focused on exploring technological advancements and equipment innovations, as directed by the Government.
• Offer direct assistance to Government-assigned personnel and Intelligence Community (IC) Partners on projects related to force modernization, operational analysis, and evaluation tied to instructional content.
• Submit written analyses and technical assessments on the capabilities and potential operational applications of emerging or developing technologies, as instructed by the Government.
• Create and conduct student course feedback surveys following the completion of each course session.
• The FMP Senior Instructor may also be tasked with fulfilling the duties of an Intermediate Instructor when required.
• Collaborate with the Senior Wi-Fi Instructor to ensure the effective presentation of Wi-Fi instructional segments and the provision of practical exercise equipment during FMP courses.
• Achieve and/or sustain NSA instructor certification in technologies specified by the Government. At the Government's discretion, arrange and/or conduct certification training for contractor and Government staff in accordance with NSA guidelines.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 8 years' experience (within last 10 years) in raw SIGINT collection and analysis in a deployed SOF environment, the Intelligence Community and/or in support of SOF elements
• 1 year deployed in a SOF environment
• 4 years SIGINT SOF operator in a USSOCOM billet (i.e. @ NSW TIO; MARSOC; USASOC, AFSOC, or JSOC unit).
• Completed WireShark and Python Scripting training courses
• 2 years of combined experience utilizing WireShark and Python Scripting, --OR-- 2 years of experience conducting SIGINT analysis using non-enterprise tools
• Completed specialized training in RF spectrum allocation and management process, and in untethered analysis
• 2 years of experience applying RF spectrum allocation and management processes and untethered analysis
• Current or previous (within recertification window) Instructor certification in MODE 1, MODE 2 and/or MODE 3, w/minimum operator certification in MODE 5
• Possess excellent written and oral communications/presentation skills
• Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) --OR-- 2 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation, podium lecturing, and classroom instruction
• TOP SECRET clearance and SCI eligible on Day 1 of performance
• A counterintelligence (CI) polygraph within the last 5 years
