What You'll Do:
- Mentor a team of full stack developers, providing technical guidance and support
- Build responsive and accessible user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend components using React and Next.js/Remix
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable RESTful APIs using C# (.NET 8) and modern backend frameworks
- Collaborate with developers and architects to evolve a monolithic architecture into modular services
- Build and enhance new services and applications using .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server
- Implement state management solutions and optimize performance
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini to improve development workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Next.js or Remix framework
- Solid understanding of frontend (HTML, CSS, responsive design)
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API and SQL Server.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Knowledge of testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library
- Experience with modern CSS frameworks and methodologies (Tailwind CSS, SCSS, CSS Modules etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices (VPAT)
- Experience with version control systems (GitHub)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
