Senior Game Producer - Armature

Armature is a proud part of the Reality Labs organization at Meta. We are seeking a seasoned Game Producer to actively supervise production across one or more areas of the project. This will entail planning and organizing tasks for developers and ensuring all work aligns with other adjacent game areas.

Senior Game Producer - Armature Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Producer by helping define milestone goals, organize and task the team, and drive execution of targeted deliverables.
• Own production and quality oversight of complex gameplay features, driving the team to produce the highest quality content within time constraints.
• Coordinate and align priorities of project director, art director, and executive producer with feature team developers.
• Work with interdisciplinary developers to create roadmaps and waterfalls for game features, defining key milestones and scheduling.
• Sprint plan and load balance with development teams - creating clear and actionable plans in Jira and other project management tools.
• Communicate clearly to the team primary initiatives and be a go-to resource for the core game concepts to the team at large.
• Proactively identify potential blockers and work to minimize impacts to the larger schedule with contingency planning.
• Work with feature teams to forecast and acquire necessary resources, including software, hardware, and outsourcing support.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the games industry as a Producer.
• Shipped at least one AAA title as a Producer.
• Experience leading production of significant game play features.
• Thorough knowledge of full game cycles.
• Proven experience with production software such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience providing critical analysis and feedback of workflow and work order of larger deliverables.
• Experience directly scheduling and project managing a multi-disciplinary team of 20+ developers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in VR games.
• Knowledge of Unreal.
• Outsourcing experience.

$154,000/year to $217,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
