What You Will Be Doing
The Senior GIS Analyst provides geographic information support and services through data creation and analysis, map generation, and technical support. This is accomplished by creating, editing, and updating geographic datasets; designing and implementing custom applications; and creating and producing cartographic output. Other duties include providing technical support and assistance to departmental GIS users; interacting with outside vendors, contractors, citizens and city staff; and providing administrative and technical support to management and city staff.

What You Bring To Us
- Formal Education: Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field required
- Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience is required. Experience in local government/municipality industry is preferred. Experience with Python, Arcade, and ETL tools/processes is also preferred.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) certification within six (6) months of employment.
