  • GOLANG IS A MUST
  • 8-12 years' experience
  • Strong experience building microservices.
  • Need strong operational tendencies - code they will ship will be supported by growth
  • Need to develop software for others that have not written the software
  • A lot of event driven architecture.
  • NoSQL database.
    • Okay with other NoSQL databases
  • DynamoDB experience.
  • B2C experience.
  • Tech startup/scale up environment.
  • Agile/scrum environment.
  • Top 3 skill sets:
    • Event Driven Architecture experience
    • NO SQL database.
    • Golang
  • AWS.
  • Microservices.
  • Terraform.
  • Kafka
  • Golang is primary.
  • On databases MariaDB, moving to NoSQL.
  • From a PHP perspective - long standing monolith - if someone has more GO that is acceptable.
They may be asked to work in PHP code. 75% in Go and 25% in PHP.
