As a Senior Superintendent focused on healthcare construction, you'll take the lead on some of the most technically challenging and meaningful projects in the industry - from complex hospital renovations to outpatient tenant improvements to medical equipment installations. With your guidance, we'll deliver safe, healing spaces for patients, providers, and communities.

Your Role

You'll oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale healthcare projects , ensuring quality execution while maintaining compliance with OSHPD/HCAI standards. You'll be the driving force behind safe operations, smart scheduling, and consistent field leadership - mentoring superintendents, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring field teams are set up for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all field operations across complex healthcare projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHPD/HCAI, Cal/OSHA, ADA, and ICRA/ILSM protocols
  • Serve as the primary field point of contact for clients, trade partners, and inspectors
  • Mentor and coach superintendents, foremen, and field engineers to foster growth and performance
  • Maintain clear project schedules using Microsoft Project
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, conflicts, and field challenges
  • Monitor site logistics, material flow, crew coordination, and safety protocols
  • Enforce Dome's safety culture, leading by example in the field
  • Drive quality assurance from foundation through closeout and client handover


What You Bring
  • 10+ years of commercial field leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in healthcare construction
  • Proven success on OSHPD/HCAI projects, especially in active hospital environments
  • Strong command of safety and compliance standards for healthcare settings
  • Coordinating multiple teams and trades
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and Microsoft Project
  • Strong communication, mentorship, and relationship-building skills
  • A calm, solution-oriented mindset - especially under pressure
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites throughout California


The Work Environment

You'll lead from the field, with frequent walking, inspections, and collaboration across multiple sites. Expect to climb ladders, lift project materials (up to 25 lbs), and regularly wear PPE. You'll be present at critical milestones, ensuring compliance, quality, and client satisfaction every step of the way.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Range

$170,000-$200,000 USD
