Summary:
As a Sr. HR Manager, you will provide strategic direction to the all HR team members and business side by communicating goals, vision, expectations and priorities. You will coach and provide guidance/direction to the managers and team members through one-on-ones, team meetings, and consistent communication.
Responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Talent Review process with HR Team members.
Guide and advise HR Team Members in organizational structure decisions and changes
Lead Performance Management (company-wide) - Communicate, track, and guide the evaluation and promotion schedules & processes at the all-company (corporate) level
Drive policy & procedure communications and changes across the business that drive and align the desired culture and company values
Analyze turnover at the corporate level. Identify and communicate trends. Determine corrective actions.
Guide and advise group or function transfers across teams that involve a change in leadership and more than 1 impacted member
Lead RRP annual strategic planning and goal setting process (RRP level - including annual team building and engagement planning / new hire onboarding and mentor program planning / recruiting and marketing planning)
Establish, track and analyze RRP KPI's
Negotiate Master Service Agreements for outsourced services
Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
Conduct thorough and timely Layered Process Audits in appropriate work areas
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent, relevant experience
Experience:
10 to 15+years of experience in HR Management in a manufacturing company, developing and driving initiatives, project planning & execution
7 to 10+ years of experience leading a diverse team, utilizing proven leadership methods
Cultivating and driving a performance-centered work culture at all levels of the business
Demonstrated HR Management experience from a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company is a plus
